Agôn Electronics, backed by Argos Wityu since 2022, announces the completion of its acquisition of Tronico, a key player in electronic system design and manufacturing. This strategic move creates the foremost French EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) provider for complex environments.
Agôn Electronics and Tronico both boast top-tier technical expertise and a strong customer focus. Specializing in electronic subcontracting (EMS) and product design, they produce highly reliable electronics and circuit boards for demanding sectors like aerospace, onboard rail systems, defense, energy, space, and medical industries.
